Fiscal Review Task Force Implementation Report Available.

The Fiscal Review Task Force, made up of ten Willoughby residents appointed by council and the mayor, was convened to examine the current financial position of the City and to make recommendations on ways to reduce expenses and/or increase revenue. The members brought experience from all walks of life and their insight will help the council and administration plan not only next year's budget but into the future as well. Have you ever wondered what takes place at a City Council Meeting? You can find out by attending a Council Meeting, which is held on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 8:00 p.m. All Council meetings and committee meetings are open to the public.

Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers, lower level of City Hall.
