Willoughby-Eastlake Tech Center 'Gang for Good'

A inspiring group of students at the W-E Tech Center called the 'Gang for Good' recently completed a refurbishment of the Salvation Army's Painesville Canteen vehicle.

The group has also refurbished a Willoughby Fire Department vehicle and built a replica of the first three-way traffic signal.

From Willoughby Today: "The class focuses on community projects, as well as participating in competitions demonstrating their skills sets through the SkillsUSA program for vocational enrichment. The students, who call themselves The Gang For Good, recently completed another project, Phillip The Fire Truck, a large scale renovation to assist in teaching fire safety to children."
